We use Smartlook within our mobile application to collect anonymized session recordings that help us analyze user interactions and improve app usability. This tool functions similarly to HotJar, which we use for our website, and allows us to better understand how users engage with our mobile app. All data collected through Smartlook is anonymized and used solely for the purpose of enhancing user experience. We do not use this data to identify individual users, and all processing is conducted in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

    • Use the “Delete Account” option, which will automatically delete your dat from our system.
